Welcome to Sudarshan Cab Service. By accessing our website, booking our taxi services, or contacting us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

• All bookings are confirmed only after our team contacts you on the registered mobile number.
• The customer is responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop, date, time and contact details.
• For airport drops we strongly recommend booking at least 12 hours in advance.
• An advance / token amount may be requested for outstation, multi-day and Tempo Traveller bookings.

2. Fare & Payment

• All fares quoted are subject to change based on route, vehicle type, fuel price and toll charges.
• Inter-state taxes, parking, toll, and night charges (if any) are payable extra unless explicitly included.
• Driver allowance, food & lodging may apply on multi-day outstation trips.
• Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, Bank Transfer. We do not accept cheques.
• GST is charged where applicable as per Indian tax law.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 12 hours before pickup time: full refund of advance.
• Cancellations made between 4 to 12 hours before pickup: 50% of advance refunded.
• Cancellations made less than 4 hours before or no-show: no refund.
• Refunds are processed to the original payment account within 7-10 working days.
• Free rescheduling is available subject to vehicle availability.

4. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must be ready at the pickup point at the scheduled time. A waiting charge may apply after 15 minutes of grace.
• Smoking, consumption of alcohol, illegal substances, and any disruptive behaviour inside the cab is strictly prohibited.
• The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during the trip.
• Carrying contraband, illegal goods, or items prohibited by law is the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Pets are allowed only if informed and approved at the time of booking.

5. Liability & Force Majeure

Sudarshan Cab Service shall not be liable for delays, missed flights, missed events or losses caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to traffic, road blocks, weather, vehicle breakdowns, accidents, strikes, government action, or natural calamities. We will, however, make all reasonable efforts to provide an alternate vehicle and minimise inconvenience.

6. Lost & Found

While we make our best effort to recover items left in our cabs, we are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings, valuables, or documents. Please verify your luggage before alighting.

7. Driver Conduct & Vehicle Use

Our drivers are professionally trained and follow safe driving practices. The customer cannot ask the driver to over-speed, ignore traffic rules, or take routes prohibited by law. The driver reserves the right to refuse service in case of unsafe or unlawful demands.

8. Booking Modifications

Any change in route, date, time, or vehicle type after confirmation may attract additional charges and is subject to availability. All change requests must be communicated in writing or recorded over a call.

9. Use of Website

The content of this website is for general information only. By using this site you agree not to misuse it, attempt unauthorised access, scrape data, or post harmful content. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone violating these terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nashik, Maharashtra.

11. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms become effective upon posting on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
